DME Rules

1. All members are expected to follow state rules:
■No attacking resource tiles
-The first player to march has a right to the tile.
-No speed-ups are allowed to beat the other player to the tile.
-Swift gathering the tile before the other player arrives is not allowed.
-If there is a dispute about who marched first, you must contact the other player and work it out.
-Find another tile if you can not work it out. Attacking is not allowed.
-If you have proof you marched first (screenshot or screen recording showing only your arrows heading
for the tile) then contact leadership and we will resolve the issue after receiving your screenshot.
★You can receive compensation for the stolen tile if you have the proof.
-If you find a player constantly taking your tiles and don't have screenshots, contact leadership with
the player's name and coordinates.
-DME/dme/DMF players guilty of attacking the other player's tiles AND who do not offer compensation
to the other player, may be demoted or expelled from the alliance.
Sometimes an apology is all that
the other player requires.

NOTE: You can avoid tile attacks by either using recall or putting up shields. If both players have
shields up there will be no attack. The player who arrives second will be returned to their
sanctuary by the game.

2. No attacking any NAP members (tiles or sanctuaries).
-The current list of NAP members can be found on this website here or at the Zenith Hub in the game.
-No attacking anyone in S:564 or from S:564 during Wasteland King or Valiant Conquest.
NOTE: Valiant Conquest full NAP is usually from the beginning to the end of the event,
unless announced otherwise by the governor.
Wasteland King full NAP is usually from the start of the event until the new NAP is
announced by the governor at the Zenith Hub or on state discord, if we are occupied.

-Attacks on NAP members require the attacker to pay 1.5 times the resources for healing or training
the number of troops lost. A single attack can cost more than half a billion in resources.

-Members who refuse to pay or take responsibility for the attack will be expelled from our group,
refused entry into other NAP alliances, and hunted by the state.

NOTE: Members who can not pay will be assisted by the alliance unless the attacks are judged to
be willful and not a mistake.

3. Not logging in for 7 days or more without contacting leadership will result in demotion to R1. Not logging
in for 14 days or more without contacting leadership will result in expulsion from DME. Members may be
allowed to return to DME depending on their circumstances or be asked to join dme or DMF. Please
contact leadership if you know you may be offline for an extended period. All contact with Da Highlander
will remain strictly private unless you ask for something to be relayed to others in the alliance.
■Contact by either in-game message or via Discord direct message.

4. DME players are restricted to one account per player in the DME alliance. We have three other alliances
(dme, DMF, and DMG) for farm accounts. Players can have multiple accounts in those alliances. Please
check with dme leadership for current restrictions on joining, if any. There are no restrictions in DMF and
DMG. Several spots will be kept open in DME to allow farm accounts to join for the purpose of resource
transfer. If there is additional room, players may request Da Highlander for permission to temporarily
join DME with a farm account, with the understanding the account will be moved when a new player is
ready to join.

5. All members will be respectful towards others in our alliances and in our state. Members on State Discord
must be especially careful with their language as most players on State Discord are either Japanese or
Korean speakers and everything written is translated into three other languages. Jokes should be
restricted to the DME/dme/DMF servers.

6. Members who do their best to follow these rules will always be supported by leadership. We are working
hard to build strong alliances and a strong state where players get along and everyone can have fun.
Never hesitate to contact leadership/Da Highlander if you have any problems, questions, concerns, or
suggestions.
